Jim Norton, Patrice O'Neal, Terry Crews and Randy Couture in studio. This is one of those instances where Patrice would take over the interview, which led to a hilarious back and forth between Patrice and Terry.

Chris Masamune By his own admission, Patrice was too abrasive to land any long-term jobs in the industry. He was also too talented not to work in entertainment, so he got lots of short-term jobs and met basically everyone. It's extra sad because he seemed like he was finally getting to a point where he was willing to "play the game" a little more (but not willing to sell out) when he died.

Patrice did leave a legacy behind, for all of us who've had the privilege of coming across his O n A appearances. I did like his standup, but these appearances were the best representation of his true talent and humor. He could talk about anything and make it interesting. Plus, he would also give an honest opinion. But his stuff on here can actually make you laugh, even after listening to it ad nauseam. That isn't easy to accomplish. The show should have been Patrice, Anthony, Jimmy. Imagine them together for 20 years, while also having the same comics on and random celebrities for them to interview. Imagine Patrice interviewing celebrities and such over the years, along with Norton and Cumia. Fuck, that show would have been monumental, and would also be without the douche chill behavior in the background. Patrice, beyond the grave, has touched many of our lives by just letting us laugh, and being able to experience true funniness while also learning a thing or two in between. He was a righteous person.

Zennofobic No bs, a 3 hour podcast with Joe and Patrice could potentially have changed Joe's trajectory that lead him to being one of the most successful comics today. I still like Joe's podcast, but he's 100% a social chameleon, it's just that most people don't watch him regularly enough to realize than most of what he says contradicts what actually does, making him full of shit. Patrice could have exposed him in legendary fashion and destroyed his false reputation as a smart comedian who's always being himself. Joe ain't the worst guy, by far, but he needs a good public verbal ass whooping.
