Does this property is also gonna face some kind of environmental issues and gonna be demolished in such a way like Maradu flat scattered? 2. Marine drive - Thenga kola !! I did not find anything special in Marine Drive. Kochi in all Is a slum. Not going to change in another 50 years. Watch out for earthquake, septic system, watee contamination, list goes on

ഇവിടുത്തെ മെയിൻ്റനൻസ് ചാർജു തന്നെ 7000 മുതൽ 12000 വരെയാണെന്നു പറയുന്നു. കൂടാതെ Annual മെയിൻ്റനൻസു വേറെ . പിന്നെ ടാക്സ് . എങ്കിൽ പിന്നെ ആ തുകയ്ക്ക് ഒരു ചെറിയ ഫ്ലാറ്റ് തന്നെ വാടകയ്ക്കെടുത്താൽ മതിയില്ലേ ?

അച്ചായോ, എന്തൊരു തള്ളൽ ആണ് ഇത്, അവിടെ മാസം മൈന്റെനൻസ് ചാർജ് ഇല്ല, കാരണം അവർ എല്ലാ ക്ലയന്റ് നിന്നും 5 lakhs തുടക്കത്തിൽ വാങ്ങി ഡെപ്പോസിറ് ചെയ്തു അതിന്റെ ഇന്റെരെസ്റ്റ്‌ ആണ് മൈന്റെനൻസ് ആയി ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നത്

Only the laws and regulations at the time of construction matters.. Any new laws and regulations passed after construction is completed does not affect the buildings already constructed. There is no retrospective effect of CRZ laws..

They haven't mentioned how many apartments are there total. But, Puravankara website says there are total 1141 apartments in 12 towers. 28 floors on each tower. The salesman mentions there are 250 guest parking spaces. They haven't mentioned how many parking spaces allocated for each apartment. #marinaonekochi

Kochiyude onnum marraan pokunilaa !!! I don't know what the people are talking about the Marine Drive in Kochi. It's the most dirtiest place in Kerala. Unbelievable how the trash is dumped on the sidewalk. They make sky-high apartments and after a year or two none of them keep up with the maintenance. Worn out paints and dirty streets. Learn how to clean your home and surrounding areas

From this video, I see, the Bath rooms are poorly designed. Shower area and toilet bowls area are not separated by a screen or a wall. Although, It could have built within the same area. What will happen is, all the water from showering would be spilled over and under the toilet seat and the whole toilet floor. It means, a perpetually wet and filthy bath room floor. This not how the modern bath rooms are built. It is a shame it is happening.
