There are different iterations of bipolar disorder so I kept this audio broad to be as inclusive as I could. There's a lot of mental illness in my own family and bipolar is one of them. I didn’t expect this one, but it hit hard home. I haven’t cried for almost a year and this made me cry after so long. I rlly request a Borderline Personality Disorder, because many doctors refuse to treat it like mine so I’d like to hear a comfort for that. Thank u pine ❤️

I was recently diagnosed with bipolar disorder. Even though I’m happy that I have a more specific diagnosis than just “depression” I’m scared and saddened. I don’t know why I’m scared, but I’m sad because to treat this mean another medication. I’ve taken medications for a while, but this is the first time I’ve felt saddened by the fact I have to take it. I don’t know why it’s different this time, maybe because it’s the third medication I’ll have to take daily idk… I haven’t listened to the audio yet, but thank you so much. I’ve started to feel lost these past few weeks, and I’m sure that this audio will help a lot.

I’m sure this won’t be seen but I would love to see another Autism audio, maybe one about meltdowns? Great audio nonetheless

You should make a comfort video for war PTSD. It is one of the most overlooked mental illnesses, and it afflicts those who deserve it least.

When I was 12 years old my mother suffered a stroke and I would go to visit her every day, I won't describe the details right now but it was so painful for me to see her in That condition, in that setting. Then one day the doctor finally told me that it looked like she was improving and that she was going to get better... But the next day she died. After suffering for so long and despite their best efforts she died anyway

I totally 100% understand that this is just an audio/script (and not a medical-type deal), but man does this sound way to similar to me
