Erick and I are going to give panel descriptions to each other, and working through thumbnail options, then taking some panels to finish. Or mostly finished, depending on time!

I have been waiting since Saturday, been waking up at like 5am in the morning since the live stream starts at 5 30am in my place, but unfortunately missed it today😅. But at least, i can still watch the live stream. I know this one will be amazing.

my inking was 100% better after trying Sensei Finch's techniques. Proof's in the pudding, domo arigato Sensei! To Sensei's point, the way I learned how to spot perspective was by dissecting Street Code by Kirby.

Thank you for this. Personally i love drawing cartoons i’ve learned anatomy i’ve studied perspective, i’ve tried to learn different style, i’ve read scripts but i never got a bare bones basic tutorial of how to tell a story thru panel comic style wheather it be newspaper 3-4 panel style,or western comic 3 panel by 9 grid page or the ever elusive windsor mckay/ bill watterson whatever makes it work. If you ever see this comment david ever read “Witch hat atielier”?

The important and tricky part with perspective isn't the points. the important technique is how to scale the perspective grid across the scene so that things have proper sizes. Perspective points are fairly intuitive, but try drawing a old school steam train receding back into perspective and you'll see why establishing the scale grid is more important unless you are free-handing with limited detail.

i’ll rather just have david drawing tbh, erik is literally just copying exactly what dave’s doing no need for that to be on screen

I half agree with you. We should have all the screen for David when He is explaining and showing how to draw something. ... but we should have the double screen when Eric is drawing with David and Eric did do great on this stream He actually was coming up with seens to draw with David + it's good seeing someone that thinks and acts like most of us beginners live with David because he asked a lot of questions that I would've asked . Sorry for the long reply :) I wanted to make it shot but my English is not that good .

@@bawrbxokurdistan8486 i think a better way would’ve been if david gave erik his own different scenes , and while erik is drawing his dave can walk us through his scene. than give some critique to eriks when finished just imo
