And events usually are the worst writing. Im trying to stop. I'll be enjoying a comic series and boom...it's interrupted by an event or it breaks out into an event. Eventually I'll break this addiction. If i could buy only noncanonical series and indies.

I find it crazy that they seem to think it generates more sales. I haven’t seen anyone remotely positive on a series since Devils Reign and that still wasn’t great. I guess people liked Beast World. I know my shop has told me specifically that the events don’t sell well for them either.

Got my copy of the Red Band version to the first issue of the core series to the event. The Red Band edition to the core series likely to be collected in the extended edition of the TPB or the Blood Hunt Omnibus.

I've stopped collecting both deecee and marvel. I'm not looking for the blood hunt event. Even the artgerm lau variant looks pale in comparison to the Emma frost he did before. But I want the big2 to know Im grateful that big2 helped me save money by not buying any big2 products. I will use the money for manga, anime and manhwas and of course for indies titles.

I'm enjoying Thundercats so far. I don't think the art is bad, and I am looking forward to seeing where the story goes. I also like the way they are writing Slithe. I'm going to stick with it.

I read Black Widow Hawkeye and really liked it. I liked how the story was rolled out, it was not conventional story telling. I will check out Blood Hunt, no chance I read all the tie-ins. Also enjoying Avengers Twilight.

Blood Hunt has already cost me a pretty penny. I've already pre-ordered Blood Hunt #1, plus the Artgerm variant, plus 2 copies of the Red Band version. One to open and one to keep polybagged, which is stupid. I don't know why I felt like that'd be a good idea. Then I've already pre-ordered issue #2 & #3. Plus Blood Hunters #1, Amazing Spider-Man Blood Hunt #1, and Midnight Sons Blood Hunt #1. 🤦🏼‍♂️

I stopped buying comics in October! I had been spending $5-$700 a month occasionally more! I now put all my comic money in a mason jar and the lid will barely close! 😂 I might take the $$$ and buy an expensive book! Maybe House of Secrets 92? I may stop buying modern books but I'll never get tired of hearing you talk about them! Thanks!

"Star Cream....ask your doctor if it's right for you." LOL I am very much looking forward to Blood Hunt, especially the Red Band version. I was afraid it would just be extra blood splatters, but from some of the previews it looks like there is actual art added in that is just more brutal. I want to get both versions to compare. But I think they have been building the vampire threat pretty well over the last few years, so this event could actually pay all of that off. I am very excited for Uncanny Valley. The creative team of Tony Fleecs (Stray Dogs) and Dave Wachter (amazing artist) has me excited. I'm still on board for Thundercats. The art could be better, but the story is keeping me in. Great video Slayer! 💥✌🏼 I was going to skip the Blood Hunt event & maybe pick up the TPB. But I picked up a free copy of Blood Hunt Diaries this latest NCBD and it has sucked me right in lol. Sounds real good to me. I will be buying the Red Band variants, they had art examples blurred out side by side the standard artwork, expect gore, violence & Blood basically lol. The problem is, if you want every single tie-in, then if I'm correct, there's 49 comics to buy. I'll probably stick to the man storyline which is 5 issues & get a few tie-ins, Dracula, Midnight Sons, Strange Academy, Werewolf by Night, Union Jack The Ripper & Laura Kinney are standing out for me. Its essentially a full-on Omnibus if you want them all! Well over £200 for the full storyline is a lot of dosh!! 🧛🏿‍♂️🧛‍♀️🦇🩸💥

I read the comics pro rough cut of Uncanny Valley and it was awesome... I'm very excited for this one. Amazing artwork and reads like a super fun adventure story.

Won't spend a dime on "Bloodhunt", so no worries there. UBP is where I'm headed. I like that one and Spidey from the Ultimate relaunch so far. UXM should have been called UAM (Ultimate Armor Manga). Felt like false-advertising to me. Not saying UAM was bad - I know some enjoyed it, but it wasn't what I was looking for in what was advertised to be a "X-men" book. "Thundercats" is underwhelming, despite the hype prior to its release. It's a pass at this point, which is sad, because I used to love the cartoon and love all the characters. STARCREAM FTW!! LOL!!

Bro....I had to pause the video in disappointment when you got to Rat City. You said, " You had no idea who that character was." It's spawn, bro!!!! Lol, it's the new futuristic spawn run that is written by a female for the first time ever. It's definitely intriguing & you should not pass it up, man. ❤❤

It's not touching my wallet as I have no interest whatsoever in another event. After Knight Terrors I'm done. (Yes i know it's DC before any smartasses comment) I just want them to go back to normal monthly comics about the character and comics that don't feature Miles in every one of them.
