I got an omnibus a few weeks ago for a price I thought was too good to be true. And sure enough, after the book already got dispatched they suddenly sent me an email that they had to sent the book back because of damage to the parcel. I didn’t believe that statement 100%. So I ordered the book again, now even cheaper than before. And it arrived! So happy!

I did the same thing using your technique over the cancelled 1 Million Omni,but,used the credit towards getting a 'Free' copy of the HELLBLAZER Omni,thanks. Did the same thing,two agents and a call back from a Supervisor. I will be using your OPB code from here on in,thanks again.

Geoff John's Green Lantern run is so good. I got the 3 omnis from a buy 2 get 1 free sale so one was free and the other two were discounted to 75 so I got all 3 omnis for 150, just 25 more than the cover price of one. I love just about everything Geoff Johns has written for DC especially JSA and Flash but I think Green Lantern is my favorite.

Wanted to give a shout-out that this was helpful. Even though I bought it in august, my cancellation didn’t happen until today. I tried the chat system a couple times without success so I had them call me. Also had to track down the original order email for the number and proof of what I paid. The woman who called still couldn’t help me so I (politely) asked to talk to someone above her. That still took some time until I realized she thought I cancelled the order in august and was trying to get a price match. No idea how that got mixed up but once I paused and explained that Amazon just now cancelled it and I bought it back in august, and it could still be pre-ordered through the order number linked (when you click other formats) it was smooth sailing. I do wonder why she kept putting me on hold and coming back just to tell me she’s putting me on hold again.

I tried talking to customer service about my DC One Million order. They basically said "too bad" despite having a pre-order price guarantee and it still being able to be pre-ordered.
