Fascinating! I love the idea of incorporating the concept of revolutions we've seen in real time into the Black Panther's story. It gives a dynamic perspective from the view of a King we've grown to love, to the view of people underneath a king's rule, something we've seen as a recent global issue. Also the idea of government and it's positive and negative sides, I love the route their going with this story so far!

love this comic and its real world political tone which reflects a lot of what going on in the world right now like what King who did what T Challa did would be accepted right away again like nothing happened? but the heavy black shading they put in some characters faces was really bad

I like this story in a way that not about the hero, but the fact that he is just a king trying to let his people know that the country will be okay and that they need to believe in him. And its hard to say that with so many bad things happening.

This is actually pretty awesome! It's almost like Game of Thrones with all this political intrigue and small action building to a larger battle somewhere down the line. The first sparks of democracy vs a good monarch that only wants to do right by his people, I love it. See it's easy to root for one side or the other if one is clearly cast in a bad light, a corrupt king or revolutionary leaders ordering senseless deaths of civilians, condemning them and their actions as evil in he minds of the reader, no matter how noble those acts might be. But here, it's so incredibly good because they went the much more difficult narrative route of giving both sides legitimacy, BP is a good king with a good heart and a great ruler that wants to do right by his people, but at the same time the sparks of democracy and self rule by the people are justified as well. This is going to be really interesting (if they don't fuck it up and over simplify the solutions to the problems raised in the comic. Please Marvel, DON'T DO THAT.)and I have to applaud Marvel for giving this sort of story to a Black African Marvel character. It's often said that blacks wouldn't support or even like a story like this. Let's prove them wrong, my fellow dark skinned comic fans!
