The Kaervek deck reminds me of a Tsabo Tavoc deck I attempted a few years ago. I just might have to try to build that one again

Krosan Cloudscraper would have needed to be sacked or paid for by Jon taking 6 from Jakes Mana Barbs/City on Fire fun at min 20. May have changed the outcomes a bit. Still an amazing game!

Oooh good call. In hindsight I'd say the upkeep triggers could have stacked for the Cloudscraper and Sheoldred so it would have been sacked from the refusal to pay, sent to graveyard and then returned to the battlefield on the same upkeep from Sheoldred. Overall the potential attack from it was blocked from the indestructible creature on Joel's end which had a net positive of Joel gaining six life. Great catch!

Someday we will have a "judge" to avoid mistakes like this until then its bound to happen a few times a game.
