Commander Fans! It was only a matter of time before I got my boy Santana Moss, aka Cowgirl Killa, on the "What's Really Good" podcast with me and Coach Gregg Williams! In this podcast, we bring back old Redskins memories, and Moss talks about the two-touchdown game against the Cowgirls in 2005. Santana also discusses the best quarterback he played with in his career and what skills a good wide receiver needs to have to excel in the NFL. Ultimately, we all discuss how Jayden Daniels has an affect in the locker room and the upcoming season. We touch on which wide receivers we need to keep an eye on for our team this year and much more. And we cannot end the show without talking about great memories of Sean Taylor. I got my Sean Taylor jersey for my birthday 21 days before he was killed. I always thought that was weird. RIP Sean T. HTTRWFTC4LIFE!!

Thinking of Taylor brings tears to my eyes. You guys that have been with him give great insite. I didn't learn of his passing until Tuesday morning, i thought that he was stable 😢

HAIL TO THE REDSKINS

Coach Greg, and my guy Santana, I have been a Redskin fan since childhood, and from 1982-1996, I had season tickets, with so many great memories at RFK Stadium. But I had never attended a Redskin away game, until 2005. I moved to Austin TX in 2000, so most of my new friends were Cowboy fans. One of my close friends asked if I wanted to go with him to Dallas for the Redskin Cowboy game on Monday Night Football, so that was and still is the only Redskin away game I’ve ever attended, which was the night Santana caught those two TD bombs from Mark Brunnell to come from behind to win that game in the last 3 1/2 minutes. After all of those years watching Redskin-Cowboy games at Texas Stadium on TV, thinking how fun it would be to be there in person, I was finally there. And my man Santana made it the evening one of my fondest memories, among so many great ones experienced at RFK, and all of those great games in the Redskin glory years. And my seat was luckily in the end zone section which Santana scored both TD’s. Perhaps the greatest game of all was the epic NFC Championship game ….. “we want Dallas …. we want Dallas” !!! It was bigger than winning the Super Bowl … the electricity in RFK that day was like nothing I ever experienced before or after. That 2005 game that earned Santana his well deserved nickname “Cowboy Killer” , and ranks right up there with the most memorable games. Thanks for the memories.

Great stories. I loved coach G. I remember him from his playing days. Got an int and fun rec vs giants in 83... I was in the building. That Monday night at Dallas was the #2 game in team history(87 super bowl). I never listened to this pod before. Good show.

It has been a while since I have really felt this good about this team. But I am going to patient and wait until after the 6th game of the regular season and see where they are then before I get my hopes up too high on them. This team has a long history of disappointing their fans, but I do believe we will see a huge improvement going forward.

Oh yes, forgot the funniest part …. my Cowboy fan friend and I had a bet on the game …. who’s ever team won, the other would have to wear that team’s ballcap for a month. With about 4 minutes left in the game, we’re down 13-0, and my buddy gets up, says he’s going to go buy me my Cowboy’s hat, so I can start wearing it right away. So he wasn’t even sitting there when Santana caught both TD’s, so I was robbed of the opportunity to see the look on his face! But I did tell him he’d better go back to see if he could exchange the Cowboy hat for a Redskin hat!!! Hahaha.
