Commando is a 1985 American action film directed by Mark L. Lester, and starring Arnold Schwarzenegger and Rae Dawn Chong. The film was released in the United States on October 4, 1985.
The film was nominated for a Saturn Award for Best Special Effects but lost to Back to the Future. The film's score was provided by James Horner. A critical and commercial success, Commando was the 7th highest-grossing R-rated movie of 1985 worldwide, and the 25th highest-grossing overall.

Yeah I prefer 80-ties Arnold too, especially in Predator (1987). I remember when I saw the movie poster of True Lies in 1994 and I was shocked of how old he looked, he looks better in the movie itself though, it was just a shitty poster. But the best look he had was in the 80-ties imo.

RealJap from China I think you’re right. The 80’s was when he was a real big muscular bastard. In the mid 90’s onward he lost a lot of muscle bulk. One thing I miss is good old all or nothing action movies.

He was just huge as hell in the Terminator in the scene when he 1st appeared in 1984. His physique was massive and of course father time caught up with him. I think "Twins" is where his appearance starts to diminish.

KHAOE1 To me his appearance started to wither away in Junior. That was as small as Arnold was I think before he was elderly. He over tanned himself so dark on a tanning bed leading up to the shoot to compensate for his lack of muscle. Damn shame what time does in the end. He was the best damn action star of all time hands down, and probably always will be.

You can know if you are going too Heaven by accepting Jesus Christ as your savior being baptized and following his gospel. Dude you get to look your best forever, no aging it's worth it alone for that. Also no need to go too work bust your balls for your living, it's all free with Jesus Christ and better than what we got now by a 100 times more times a thousand and so forth. This life is just a tiny bit of what you will enjoy in Heaven, all your best joys in this life dont compare to what you are going to feel in Heaven. You can enjoy movies like this and for them to keep coming without the age to ruin it.

I will never forget this movie. My 10 yr old daughters Movie Birthday Party. On the day this was the only kiddie movie playing. I thought. 10 girls & I go in & OMG! The girls loved it! I was horrified. I waited for calls from angry Mothers! None. My daughter was so proud, called me the coolest Mom ever!
