Thank you for covering a great game by GMT. It was a very enjoyable episode to watch. I have put some rules clarifications below with time stamps to help anyone watching to better understand the game. Many of these corrections were later noted through the show. Commands and Colors can seem to be a simple game on the surface but like many war games there are a lot of nuanced rules that often come into play that make exceptions frequently. This is illustrated clearly in this playthrough with many instances of small exceptions making huge differences to the outcomes of rolls during the battle and these can easily be missed if you don't regularly play the game. Either way it doesn't really make a difference to the enjoyment of this excellent game system. Edward does a fantastic job of explaining the rules as they happen and when these exceptions come up to change the results he also does a wonderful job of winding back the game and following up on chat comments to correct any errors.

Great video. Only played this once previously (a solo attampt at the first scenario to try and get my head around the rules). As soon as I'd watched the first 20 or 30 minutes of this I got my wife to try it and, due to the limited number of units, it was quite easy to play and we both really enjoyed it. It will definitely be getting to the table a lot more now thanks to you guys. Now, I just need you to play Labyrinth and / or Twilight Struggle.

Great play through! I now have Tricorne, with Great War and Medieval on order. Have not played any yet, but am a student of miniature war games.

As someone who paints armies but has limited time, investing in this game was a blessing.

At 27 minutes...I waited THREE AND A HALF MINUTES for you to make a five second decision, and another minute and a half to whiff on one die. If we were face to face, I would have flipped the table and left. Most aggravating type of gamer, since EVER.
