Yes,your right on the money this is such a BS wrong training method,pitty a lot off people believe its gone work in real life situations,you need to train against a resistent opponent and slowly build up,check out functionel selfdefence for traning drills,greetings

I love this techniques. All the people who say this is B.S. don't know anything about martial arts. I have trained numerous years in goshin ryu jujitsu. Escrima, kempo, jujitsu, wing chun, and lua combined. 90% percent of the people walking in the streets don't anything about combat fighting. These people swing their arms crazy. All you have to do it move to side and counter attack knee, kidney, neck, or head strikes will end the fight.

Bonjour Fred me revoilà, j'adore certaines théorie que tu pratique, mai en moins, elles ne sont pas toujours décisive et en contradiction avec tes autres méthodes ? Juste te dire que l'adversaire ne pese pas toujours le même poids ? Ce si dit pour l'intérieur des boîte, endroit confiné! Excellent.
