Muy práctico video, gracias por publicarlo. Solo como referencia el gobierno de EUA a establecido en sus leyes energéticas que ya no se pueden comercializar/fabricar equipos "semi-comerciales" menos de 277V. Es por eso que los fabricantes como AO Smith y otras marcas, venden el equipo a 277V para que la conversión la hagan en campo como la realizada. Saludos!

Thanks for the video. I have to do the same thing. I have 240V and a 30 amp breaker. The water heater I am replacing was 240v 4500W with a 30 amp breaker so if I am understanding correctly, this simple conversion will fix the issue. Let me know if I am correct and thank you!
