Your material and production quality are great! I am a soon to be college graduate and have found your videos extremely useful in my job search. I have interned on a development team in the past but plan on enrolling in the break into CRE course to bump up my skills as I try to land a full time position

Love what you're doing! I've taken your courses on Udemy and gained a lot of technical skills. I intern for a small real estate firm (8-10) employees including myself. How can I leverage my experience as a finance intern at a small firm to break into bigger firms/banks?

Hey Ahmad, great to hear you've found my videos and courses helpful! Your experience at a small firm will be a huge help to break into bigger firms. At a smaller shop, you're generally able to get a lot more hands-on experience in all aspects of acquisitions and asset management, which will make you a valuable asset from day 1 at a big firm. My advice is to get involved with as much as you can during your internship (the entire acquisitions process including due diligence, working with the title/escrow company, financial modeling, asset management & leasing, etc.). It's hard to really touch all of these things at a bigger firm, so use this opportunity to gain as much experience as you can in a short amount of time. Good luck!

Any tips for transitioning towards a brokerage position? I have highlighted my experience with market analysis and underwriting from development, but I am still looking to target other skills that a brokerage firm may find valuable
