Lebron cries FOUL on not getting foul calls! NEWBORN ACTIVITY!!

Lebron James and the Los Angeles Lakers lost an extremely close game to the Miami Heat the other day. Lebron took to Twitter to express his frustration and even had the Lakers front office contact the NBA front office and shared numerous clips of "missed calls" on Lebron. This is in my opinion unnecessary and screams entitlement and reliance upon refs to secure a win rather than doing so by your own power. The Lakers are not a good team and haven't been since the 2020 championship and they have only themselves to blame.

@lesego2018That’s easy. Hero worshippers with little to no understanding of basketball that choose stanning their favorite player over all else. And I’m not even a Lebron hater (though his hardcore fans would surely label me as one). I’ve defended him from some of the more over the top criticisms and I personally feel he’s earned a top 5 minimum slot. However his fans’ insistence on ignoring any flaws in his game, diminishing players he’s played with and just generally overrating anything he does is quite annoying.

Sure, if they don't get one of the like three techs they got, this game would've either gone their way or to the OT. But this game had no business being this close. The Magic game had no business being that close. What did they win so far? Barely one against the Magic (and that one could've easily got he other way), against the Suns with Booker out, and against Clippers where PG fouled out and who are perhaps the only team more dysfunctional than they are. And it's the same story again, below the .500, pulling some terrible cope, like it's still too early, they need to figure stuff out, this and that... Some of this could've been solved with better coaching, but hey, wasn't LeBron supposed to be the coach on the court or whatnot?

@@emilfrederiksen.1622 that's not what I said. I said hes not 1 or 2 to me but that doesn't mean he's not an all time great. Being a top 5 player is tantamount to being an all time great player. For example both guys you listed are better than he is. I'd take Magic and Kobe/Duncan above him as well so he's like 5th to me. All those guys played in the toughest conference's and had to play top tier talent in their conference's to become champions. The best team Lebron's ever faced in his own conference in the postseason was the Celtics. The dude lost to the Magic with Dwight and some guy's with the best record in the NBA. And lost to the Celtics both teams in which Kobe beat in the finals. And had to face teams like the Suns, Spurs and Jazz to get there. The eastern conference was so bad during Lebron's so called reign they were averaging 3 50+ win teams a season. While the west was averaging at least 6 teams and a couple of years they had 8 teams in the west averaging 50+ wins. Lebron's exactly where he should be on my ranking if you have him higher that's your prerogative not mine. Giannis got 2 MVP's playing in the same weak conference and no one ever puts him above Duncan or even KG. No other top 10 player has played with as many allstar or superstars as Lebron has that's just a fact. Not mention he's always chosen the path of least resistance. All those factors weigh into my ranking

Not even top 10, truly. Guys like Shaq and Hakeem were more dominant than LeBron ever was. He simply has longevity and a long string of stat padding, - his titles needed a list of All-Star team mates that is much longer than anyone else's - just to still be under .500 in The Finals. Nowhere near GOAT status; he as at least two tiers below that and I stand by every word.

All Bird and Magic said when they lost the other team was just better tonight. The Eastern Conference was Stacked in the Eighties. The players then respected their opponents. They all were good. Magic and Bird said we have to work harder and do better.

Been seeing this exact same nonsense for years as well. The reasons why I don't really place Bron up that high all time. He doesn't play the entire game and haven't been for way too long. If it was let's say a westbrook, we'd have segments dedicated to how much westbrook walks up and down the court. He's propped up by the media and his fans too high on the all time list, which will always bring discourse between the fans that love Bron and the fans that love a good brand of basketball
