Costal chondritis causes chest pain. Google it for exercises to relieve the pain.

I’ve been having chest pain for literally almost a year. Almost every day and several times a day. Activity does not increase the pain. In fact it almost never happens when I am active. It comes on suddenly, is a very sharp stabbing pain that only last a few seconds. Some hurt more than others. It’s in several places in my chest of varying degrees of pain, also sometimes my jaw hurts too but only at the site where I had a bone graft. I have these same pains all over the body at random times. (In my foot, knee, arm, back, honestly anywhere)but very consistently in my chest in the same spots. It mostly happens when I’m sitting but the worst pains come from when I bend over

Pretty sure I have angina. I very rarely exercise and i feel discomfort on the left side of my chest.

I have had an endoscopy, all they found was stomach irritation. I am still having these problems.

I had chest pains a few days ago just lying on my bed reading my iPad and it slowly got worse wife took me to the ER then it slowly went away but at first couldn’t relax it was so bad going in on 5/8 to see my doctor the er doctor told me I had Pleurisy .
