The last light of hope has been extinguished. There is nowhere else to turn to now. The last hope was the chief justice of India. He turned out to be, sadly, a puppet of Modi, It’s a sad and the dark atmosphere that has been created for the people of India. It’s heart aching and the pain is unbearable. Suddenly everybody feels there’s no hope. Who can be turn to now? There’s only one power we can turn to now. It’s God. The supreme Lord, the creator, the fountain of kindness, the ever existing . All we can do is pray and pray and pray. Please God help us listen to our prayers, save our Bharat.

If till now - hon judge does not know where judiciary has gone wrong then ..... Its a sorry state of affairs .... When common man with basic knowledge knows whats wrong with judiciary In simple words Judiciary has forgotten how to dispense Justice om basis of truth and righteousness Its become all process, all technical without any human touch.

Sometimes fake cases are not disposed when filed by stronger people. They are dragged. Loopholes in law misused for dragging cases. Stronger people are favoured. Cases can be prolonged as per wishes & justice denied to the needy.

Forget about common men. Do advocates have faith in our judiciary? Just look at the frequency and reasons for which lawyers have been taking to streets. And the judges themselves? Hope the aware citizens of this country have not forgotten the infamous press conference conducted by the four senior most judges to question the integrity of the Chief Justice of India himself.

While a common man's case May be waiting to be heard for decades or may not be heard in his life time all political cases are heard expeditiously. Millions languish in jail with out bail is a norm politicians getting bail very quickly is another norm

LORDSHIP, highly obliged for highlighting problems but solution is with Lordship only. Justice is becoming distant dream for Common Man as Litigations are dragged by Financially powerful entities with help of so called most intelligent Advocates. Many incompetent/indecisive STATE officials continue Litigations without fear or create situation at the cost of STATE and literally frustrate/compel Common Man to bow down before MIGHTY STATE. As per my sincere opinion imposing heavy Costs on defaulters with directions to recover it from erring officials and awarding reasonable Costs to Sufferers would result in reduction in Litigations.

Justice Oka is 100% true and correct in his observation... unfortunately we don't see any solution to these problems under the emerging fascist regime in the country in a democratic frame work...Hon'ble Supreme Court as Watchdog of the Constitution appears to have failed in many cases to provide safe guard to our constitution and constitutional governance... Time has come to openly deliberate these in the judiciary and strengthen the power of the Watchdog to safe guard Constitutional Democracy of India...

I'm absolutely agree with the heading of this video.... Two recent example..... When our Supreme Court can take hearing of Mr Arnab Goswami bail case so urgently but why SC could not hear urgently MahuaMaitra. MP disqualification case ..... Why ???? Fighting of two Judges of Kolkata high court ....... Why. ??? Is it due to lack of infrastructure ???? Lack of man power ???? .......................

He refused to allow my advocate to speak on a petition against mass vaccination contrary to New Drug Rules. Asked my advocate to withdraw the petition on threat of fine/penalty ‼️ Order without hearing is violation of natural justice. How can common man have confidence in judiciary and judges when personal biases/views are the basis for judgements ❓

Recovery of the money suit was filed by us in 1982, it's almost 42 years till date "Tareek Pe Tareek" chal raha hai yeh Justice ⚖️, I appreciate the achievement of Indian Judiciary. A decree was passed and given us on papers by Judiciary system and defendant was given directions to pay the amount but till date we have not received the amount 😕 Execution of decree chal raha hai "Tareek Pe Tareek" 😢 we get from Judiciary officers.

If the shortage in the judiciary is the primary cause for the delay in justice for several decades, and if the cases which were filed prior to the independence have still been pending, then why didn't anyone file a PIL before the Supreme Court, so far?

Totally agree ...as powerful persons make the all a game which they are playing by using their power of money bcs no one is here to chk them. Legal proceedings become punishment for innocent ones and criminals are taking relief by using laws accordingly their own means. Few lawyers become so cheap for sake of money they are destroying the lives of people. They even taking the cases which are totally baseless no evidences just taking the advantage of our poor judicial system. Just for money the legal rights of common man got sold which are given by our constitition to which we called fundamental rights. Total failure of system. It become very easy task now a days to do fraud with any one even with family like with parents/ siblings. Civil case is very much good example of this. During your life time its assure you will never got justice even no punishment bcs decision ..just dates Appeals ....No one chk the relevancy of case ... Fraud people make appeal and appeal to delay the matter. Innocent ones got suffer and atlast leave their rights. So most of people accept this as their destiny. And suggest others also to accept and never go to court in hope of justice. Now a days courts are for fraud people not for innocent ones. Lawyers hve open their shops are openly selling justice.even they mold the law as they want ..they seem themselves judge.. Very much bitter experience....even not hearing of senior citizens just for name the term senior citizen laws....total failure..

Lordships , I am a concerned Aspirant of District Judiciary ,would like to point very concerning issue in our appointment system , inclusion of local Language paper in lower judicial exams discourages many talented and aspiring candidates ( non-native )willing and dreaming to Administer justice ..language barrier can be tackled by means of Technology or translater and can be trained .. ..my appeal to SC and HC please do something for Candidates with local language barrier ..we are to administer justice not language

One way to deliver speedy justice to the community, at an affordable price, could be to set up people’s courts like the U S A. Where both parties agree to settle finally within max 3 days or less . If it’s material loss the amount could be up to not more then Rs 500000. Should be set up in every district and run by retired judges and police officers, can take the load off courts. Example Judge Judy. Of U S A.

Honourable Judge is absolutely correct.When senior Supreme court judges themselves set bad examples,by frequently adjourning cases,which the litigant pay for doing nothing,and adding to the cost,travel costs especially for citizens who are not from Delhi. SLP is allowed only when there is merit in the case.After allowing it will be admitted.During this interval,whenever it is listed,the counsel collude,and don't argue the case.Judge will never follow cpc rule for adjournment.Judge can always give a date ordering both the counsels to complete their arguments.Basically counsels are running the courts,not judges.Then judge who allowed the appeal will retire .Again cycle starts .He will again start giving dates,will adjourn or not take up the case.He will retire,and then case will go to another senior judge,who will hear the case and finally will dismiss the appeal,without,any reference to the order when it was allowed.Basically sad state of affairs.There are so many youngsters hearing arguments,and watching,they leave the court room confused. Since it is an autonomous body govt also can't interfere.Audit is a very good idea,but by external agency.

The collector, especially if she is a junior may get a salary of Rs 1 lakh. The District judges draw now about Rs 3.25 to 3.5 lakh. Judiciary can increase their allowances unilaterally disregarding the economic condition of the government or the common man.

Judicial system needs complete over hauling .Ask a lawyer how much time he is idle in courts.Judicial management should be given to a managerial category of person .Courts should pass effective orders only .Adjournment , service not complete task and such other can be left to officials of the court.Govt must also take things seriously to improve the function of judiciary

Very well said sir. When we listen to SC proceedings, one get's to understand the farsical nature law and it's manipulation, therefore the need for judicial reforms. Else any sane person can understand, laws are made only for criminals to manipulate it and get away with crime.

We have filed case for recovery of money and till today tareek pe tareek chal rahe hain. The accused advocate takes dates and dont appear in the court for 5-6 months. Victims are victimised.

Common people have lots of faith on judiciary and give judgments without taking sides but it has failed people time and time again. People talk highly about present CJI but alas he has taken sides of Govt and failed people and constitution when it comes to important decision. Not used it's constitutional powers to assert it's authority in disqualification cases, Electoral cases, harassment cases against opponents etc

A person who makes issues out of nothing & only disturbs society is a person who deserves summary justice. Similarly a Judiciary which admits fraudulent cases & frames fraudulent issues for torturing a victim in courts for decades w/o end with bar-bench connivances is a Judiciary which has no immunity from Capital Punishment. This is a Judiciary which is incapable of even executing Summary Cases for decades even after the victim wins his summary suit after a decade of agony. Why would such a Judiciary allowed to get away with such blatant injustices ?? Why is there no policing of the Judiciary ?? This matter needs to be taken up at the UN as well as the ICJ. Where is it written in the CPC, 1908, that the procedure can be abused ?? Where is it written in the PoA Act that Shyster Attorneys can practice corruption in courts ?? Who will stop such Attorneys from practicing crime in courts ?? ThisJudiciary has a short lifespan ahead of it ...

The behaviour of judges especially those in High Courts is apalling, They lack empathy, waste valuable time. They are just nothered about the expenses incurred etc All of these judges have done a course/s in law and practice as a lawyer for a period of time and the collegium (which by it self a FARCE) selects them as judges. These judges are mere mortals and not sure if they are so pefect and are they really qualified to judge others. I feels as if maggots are crawling all over me when I am literally forced to call these as Lordship etc.GOD THE JUDICIARY

The judiciary is the most ineffective institution in India. 5 million cases pending for dates and judgments. There are no riots or protests to speed up court decisions. Justice is thus denied to 5 million cases. Justice delayed is justice denied. Indian democracy with 150 crore people survives and progresses without a judiciary. Rich advocates like Kapil Sibel can get dates, bail, and judgments at lightning speed. Judges are granting bail liberally citing the constitution but no accountability when several incidents of accused criminals attacking and killing the victims or witnesses while on bail, have been occurring. Recently, the Honorable President of India appealed to the CJI to speed up the decades-old cases of illiterate, innocent Tribals from her home state. The judiciary does not accept technology to bring in efficiency and reduce staff. Long vacations, few working hours, Judges appointing judges as appointing authority which is an executive role, YOUR HONOR, and CONTEMPT OF COURT culture are adding to ineffectiveness.

Once a judge retires he becomes common man unless he is notconsidered as Governor of a State or to such similar post by Government. How long a Judge is separate from a common man who shares the interests of 'xx the people of India'.... Love all ... Serve all. Nobody can serve the other if he doesn't love the truth and Society.

Lal chasma pahan ker duniya lal hi dikhti hai Babu, jaise billi kabhi dudh ki rakhwali nahi ker sakti, hu bhi kabhi victim ke sath justice nahi ker sakta, ha justice Dene ka dong jarur ker sakta hai. Kabhi victim se jaa ke puch salo sal case me sarane ke bad use court se Kaya Mila?

In my opinion this is not correct .since Modi era political and other changes are viewed thro strange modicentric and anarchic opposition unable to acknowledge changes. Development and😢😢corner Modi thro judiciary.every law past and present. Needlessly dragged to court.The eco system is creating a judicial crisis aura that faith in judiciary is equated to political gains
