Dr Bahadur, a celebrated orthopaedic surgeon, has conducted thousand of spinal surgeries in his carrier spanning over four decades. In about 19 years at GMCH and PGIMER, Chandigarh, he conducted more than 11,500 spinal surgeries and over 1,800 in Regional Spinal Injuries Centre, Mohali and 1,381 in Guru Gobind Singh Medical College and Hospital and civil hospital, Jalalabad. He has performed more than 300 surgeries in rural and border areas of the Punjab in a in a cost effective manner.
