Question: Have you ever come accross some FEMALE RAZOR HEADS called PERSONAL TOUCH, can't find the Brand Maker...maybe ask your Wife, she might know/remember them. I often exceed the weight limit on my re-useable totes. My husband is able to save a few by sewing them up with dental floss!! I definitely would have bought a few more items at that last sale-especially the military items in good shape.

With your new business model, you'll need a lot more items to sell. Sorting and sending them to the right sales venue and season will definitely increase your revenue, and now you have the space to save a giant pallet of Christmas items until December.
