Thanks for good session sir Few notes for me are :  Listening is comprehension skill, it is an integral part of communication  Listening is a mental activity that involves reception, selection, organization, assimilation, interpretation, evaluation & response  The first step to be a good listener is to keep the mind parachute -it function when it is open !  Listener must Listen without Prejudice (any kind of pre conceive thought, notion etc)
