That makes sense to me, I don’t think they’d put a profitable show on the line for one writer and since he is a crazy creep I could see him having a pattern of bad relationships romantic adjacent and otherwise. @John Thomas I think Harmon brought a dark humor to the show, but it was balanced out by the Russo brothers. When they left, the show lost its charm only for it to return for season 5.

@John Thomas Luckily not all shows are like that. Breaking Bad managed to become quite popular in its later seasons and The Sopranos was a continuing success despite the fact that each season made fewer and fewer concessions to the public.

I'm not a big fan of season 4 or 6, but 5 was really good despite Donald Glover leaving it still had some charm
