Satisfying personal needs is not enough to motivate law and order we need our intellectual skills to develop this behaivior. Drug addiction damages intellectual thought. There was 116,000 shooting victims in the US last year. The county is being called upon to control all this.

What an exhausting city to be living in. So much potential yet so much corruption and lack of accountability. Trash everywhere, weeds grown out taller than some of these kids running around by themselves, drug addiction rampant and unchecked, kids given the freedom to commit crimes without accountability, city employees with zero pride in their city. Get taxed twice the tax rate as the surrounding county and get basically get horrible services is any at all half the time. The amount of tax money collected for block with houses on each side has to be well into the hundred thousand mark. That's not enough to have decently clean streets and a cop that walked by a few times a day?
