Love this recipe and especially your large kitchen. I am so jealous that you have so much space! If I had that much space I would definitely cook! It must be wonderful having so much space whereby you can use all your utensils. Your backsplash is gorgeous! It looks like mother of pearl. Beautiful! My mom used to make the sorullitos as a pastry in that she used cinnamon and sugar and they would go great with coffee. She used to send a bunch of them with a thermal filled with coffee for my trip from the airport to her home. I miss them and that journey so much and you reminded me of both. Delicious cooking! I could watch you all day. Thank you.

Wow totally made this doable for me having arthritis it’s hard to roll the masa into cigar shapes so I have never attempted to make these even though I love eating them so much. But you have just took this to a whole new level with the zip lock bag 😱 omg my friend I thank you ☺️

These are actually small pupusas a dish from the Pipeline people from El Salvador. Sorullos are made with milk, salt, little sugar and bits of fresh corn.

My grandma used to make these, but she never fill them. It is something i have always wanted to make but never could perfect it. I will try again.
