I love a killer company name. Yorkshire Ripper Limited would be a fun name for a Yorkshire based paper shredding service for instance. Would Companies House approve a name like that?

Thanks for This great explanation, but can you tell us about which nationalities are restricted or not allowed to have their off shore companies in the UK? Thank you

Hi Zaka. There are no nationalities which are restricted from having their companies registered in the UK. However, company formation agents are obliged to undertake Know Your Customer and Anti-Money Laundering checks which sometimes prohibits certain high risk countries at risk of money laundering or terrorist financing. This is based on the country of residence, as opposed to nationality. Where do you live?

Kindly answer my question, I want to start a limited company for Amazon FBA business at 1stformation and want to use their services like registered office and etc. I want to know, do you have other clients using your services as a registered office for the amazon FBA business? Because Amazon allows only one address per client.

Hi Azam, thank you for your question. Please note, our Registered Office address acts as a virtual office service and therefore multiple clients use our address for mail forwarding purposes. Has this answered your query?

Thanks for the question! A company owned/directed by a non-resident is usually taxed in the same manner as a company where the director does live in the UK. I ordered non registered company back in 29/10/2022 But I didn't give the bank statement, cause at that time I didn't have bank account So I waited till now Now I have statement but for my fathers bank account and I need to back to the process can i get back and apply with my fathers bank account and his id and his photo ,every thing will be in his name , the only thing in my name is my gmail , plz i need answer
