The best genius isn't afraid to simplify even the most complex topics in their channel videos. Rather than using overly professional language to appear cool, they break things down into basic terms that anyone, regardless of their level of understanding, can grasp

what is the difference between shareholder and the owner?

If you’re not fussy over the legal details, “owners” and “shareholders” of a company are basically the same thing! But if you are interested in the legal technicalities, it wouldn’t be right to say that shareholders “own” the company. In law, the company is a “person”, not “property”. You can own property, but you cannot own a person (at least, in most modern legal systems). Therefore, it’s more proper to say that shareholders share in the control over the company, and they “own” their shares (yes, shares are property).
