There are too many empty company and business visions out there that are meaningless and are only created to tick a box, or get a loan or just because.... this is a big mistake.
You DO need one and in this video I'm going to share with you why and how to get started creating a meaningful company vision for your business whatever the size, however new you are!

Great series! Found it hard at the beginning, but found out I should’nt think so overcomplicated… My vision goes as following: To bring that little extra in home decoration to people who are always looking for that little extra (in life or home decoration) The end vision is not quite there but I’m getting there soon! I also thought of a slogan that would work with the vision in my opinion: By a little extra person to a little extra person

Thanks for really good videos. I am an ophthalmologist opening a clinic. Main vision is to give pasients proper help and treatment. Pasients who are referred to a specialist should not have to wait for an appointment for a year before their eyes gets checked!

Thanks for putting your vision here. That’s a good vision :) you may want to be a bit more specific about the help you’re giving (eg ophthalmology). Also depending on how quickly you can achieve your goals, the last part of it may also be part of your mission. Remember, Your vision is everlasting yet attainable. Your mission is what you do day to day to achieve your vision. But this is a good vision already to start with. Good luck! The next part of this series will cover the mission. :) stay tuned

Thank you for this video, I have watched it, made notes and taken some time to write a vision. I’d love your input and other watchers too please. “ Shaping the way people use their creativity to capture and share their travels and adventures to intentionally document moments from meaningful experiences so they can return to that time, anytime.” I am currently running a small KZfaq channel that focuses on photography but want my vision to be broad enough to cover video and any other mediums that come along in the future and I am developing a beginners photography course and digital downloads focused on people that do cool stuff for the experience and want to document that rather than people who enjoy photography above the experience of what they are doing. Looking forward to some input, thanks in advance and I’m now moving on to mission video!

Becky… That’s a great start! You have the right concept 😊 It may be a little complicated and wordy. But that can be refined over time. I would potentially simplify it to something like this “Enabling people to creatively yet easily capture and document their treasured experiences so that they can be shared and re-lived over and over.” You can also add (travels and) before “treasured experiences” but I think treasured experiences can cover all bases… let me know what you end up settling on. If you use my vision I own half your business 😆🤣 (just kidding…) best of luck🚀

Just recently discovered your channel, and been taking notes of everything. Thank you so much! I've tried coming up with a vision for my brand. I sell magnetic eyelashes and eyeliners, which are like false lashes but easier and lasts longer. We made the process of applying false lashes much quicker and easier, for people struggeling with false lashes. I would love to in the future make already existing great beauty products and cosmetics fantastic by innovating it. Just like with the false lashes. I've made this vision: "Giving everyone a chance at makeup, by simplifying and innovating" How does this sound? I want everybody to be able to do flawless makeup. And i want to make cool innovative makeup products that looks and feels luxurious.

Yea this is a GREAT start. If it aligns with what you want, then I would include ‘luxurious’ in there somewhere. Something like this.. “Making luxurious makeup available to everyone, through simplicity and innovation”. This way you stand out by always ensuring it delivers on the quality. Another great video, Tamer. Thanks a lot! Our vision is as follows: Vision: Your most trusted web design and development partner. We make apps that users love to use. We are also thinking to use the second part of the vision as a brand tagline but not sure. Your feedback would be valuable :)

Looks good! One thing to note is who is your main target market / customers and what are they looking for. If they are developers then they may be looking for other things than if your customers are the end user. I think in your case, the ‘tagline’ section works for both but maybe have a think about the message that you want your client to see and say ‘yes.l. We need to work with these guys… thats what we’ve been looking for’. I’m not saying what you have is wrong or right… it may be exactly what they need to see, but just revisit your vision and brand tagline from that angle and see if it still works for you. But it’s a great start for sure. To make sure you’ve covered everything, also ask yourself, why are you doing this and how else are you going to stand out… finally are you doing just apps or web design too? Your first part suggests both… your second statement suggests just apps. Again this could be the focus you’d like to highlight, which is fine.. and there’s no right or wrong here.. but it’s these decisions that you need to make that will then lay the foundations for everything else that follows, including your strategy, the team of employees you attract, the clients that search for you and find you, etc. This is why it’s so important to focus on this vision to really figure out who you are, why you exist, where you’re heading, and what’s the end goal. A simple sentence, but fully loaded ;) best of luck!

How will you know which goals to go for if you don't have a vision to get to? How will you know your goals are aligned if you don't have an ultimate vision that you want to make sure your goals are helping you get there? What's the point of your scoring goals if you don't have a a vision for winning the game and having a strategy to place your team in the right place on the field? Otherwise they'll just all be strikers trying to score as many goals as possible and end up crashing into each other and scoring none, yet leaving you defenceless and ultimately losing the game. Goals without a vision is like driving with a blindfold on your eyes. ;) Another example.... without a vision for living a healthy life with happiness and wealth (an ongoing dream/vision that doesn't stop) then you won't know what goals to set (eat healthy, lose weight, start a business, become financially independent, spend time with loved ones). All these stem from your vision. Otherwise, your goals will bounce around without meaning or purpose. So vision IS really important. If they weren't, the most successful companies in the world would not waste time developing them. They are successful for a reason. Hope that helps.. Good luck! :)

@@BabyZizoSensory Don't try to overcomplicate. Have a destination on where you are heading to. That's it. What do you want to achieve over the next 10 years and why. That's the most basic way of looking at your vision. Then set goals to try to make that 'bigger goal' (vision) happen. That's all it is ... it's a really really really big goal that will take a lifetime to achieve. It's your endgame. :)
