Күн бұрынThis video compares the data of single jersey fabric, loop length and GSM derived theoritically using yarn dia method and the data was compared with practical analysis of same fabric.
The comparison was done to conclude the method of deriving loop length and GSM for the other yarn count also. This method can be used to derive GSM, loop length for different yarn count of single jersey fabric.

Sir thank you so much because I have some good knowledge regarding the knit industry...as you said will check with real time fabric and come back. Do u mean loop legth mean length of a stitch( stitch meant the definition in knit structure only)

To avoid the confusion between stitching in garments we call it as loop length in knit fabric. Otherwise it can be called as stitch length or loop length.

Hi sir How to fine length of the yarn Example For 100grams of 40’s count what is the length we get For 100grams of the 60’s count what is the length we get For 100 grams of the 80’s count what is the length of the yarn Please send the answer sir kindly

One Lbs =454 GM's Length of one Lbs = Count×840yards So 40×840yards. =1lbs 40×840×0.9144 =30723 1gm =30734÷454=67.67m So 100 GM's=67.67×100gms =6767 metres 60s. 10151 m 80s. 13534 m

Sir O. E 30's or 28' 100% cotton interlock fabric, 200 gsm or nearest 220 achive pana.... Yena looplength & yena gauge vekalam... We tryed 35 looplength & 24 gauge got 240-250 gsm.... Plz need ur valuabel reply.

You have selected wrong CT. for interlock fabric 36s to 40s will be the right choice to achieve 200 GSM.
