We compare the Citroen DS4 and the Alfa Romeo Giuletta. Both carmakers want their designs to be different and eye-catching, but we take a closer look at just how they drive, and how comfortable they are inside with our seat test.

1st I think it was good and objective review. 2nd I agree with you about inproper comparison. By the way for those who don`t know the DS4 R will have 1.6 THP (means Turbo High Preassure) petrol engine capable of developing 256 BHP which is a record!

Now at this year`s (2012) Paris Motor Show Peugoet intruduced a slightly improwed 1.6 THP with 260 BHP in Peugeot RCZ R Concept. But yeah it`s just +4 BHP - not much I know. But it`d stand to reason that the new DS4 R and RCZ R will use it. Can you send me a private message - link where I can find out more about this 1.7 litre with 300BHP? Thanks

here in australia it will be around 60 to 80 thousand dollars. so probably aluminium body with added Carbon Fibre.

Indeed. That`s gonna be a terrific car. 1stly they said it`s gonna be carbon fiber but later they said it won`t be. It`ll probably be from aluminium. So carbon fiber or aluminium? Do you know?

they compare the top versions of each model. either way it will be unfair for one of them. now the alfa makes 235hp and the ds4 200. if they picked the 1,4 alfa it would be 170 vs 200. so i guess they went for the best version of each

the engine isnt built. i shouldnt have said IS making but rather say will make. its gonna be in 4C

alfa is making a 1.7 litre with 300hp. not out yet but yeah lol. i wish that engine was in the gulietta

0-100 km/h .. 8,5 sec ??? really... this is a joke ... it makes it in 7.4 sec ! Check on youtube for DS4 THP videos.... you'll find it... pathetic...
