I love how even the DS version has shadows for some buildings, objects and npcs but the ios/android versions don't have any shadows

My favorite is the DS one. Although graphically it is the lowest of all its versions, I loved the touch screen functions in the Gameplay. I know that for many it will be something ridiculous, but personally that was what I liked the most. although I must say that I have only played the DS, PSP and PSVita versions, so I don't know how the other versions are

Imo the DS one has the best art, maybe it's because of the console but it's more simplified and stylized

@@vanillabatcave5677 Agree. Subsequent versions kind of missed the point enhancing the graphics. At that point, they might as well have made it fully 3D.

In my opinion, I prefer the PSP version, because it was the first version I played this game, and maybe apart from the original PSP version, I can use the Emulator version, hehe.. 😁👍

I played DS since the game released but PSP blew me away with lighting effects and shadows. Wasn’t a big fan of the cell shaded

Android is the closest to remastered so porting or emulating the android version is the best way

I mean at that point why not play the 3d games, chinatown wars was always meant to be a smaller scale portable gta game so I don’t really see any reason to play it on the TV
