Not all voltmeters will measure frequency but these to Voms will. The fluke is a lot more expensive, So I thought it would outperform the craftsman. I was surprised when the craftsman was able to more accurately measure a higher hertz level. In the video I go through a side-by-side comparison. If you’re doing diagnostics these features can really help out.
