Happened than I have these two Sevenfriday S2-1 watches to compare to raise awareness for Sevenfriday buyer against many untrustworthy seller who selling fakes / clones / replicas as original / authentic

Exactly the same. Genuine sevenfridays use a very cheap miyota japsnese automatic movement. So cheap that the replicas are able to use genuine internals...

I have 3 of them, V series, Q Series, P series as well. They interestingly used same movement and all the internals are working as the real one. Solid build.

I watch this video because i have bought this watch.. i still afraid if i didnot buy the authentic one.. but this video solve my little trouble.. thankyou! Still bother in my mind, my series s2/01.. but after that number following an alphabet.. Your watch "axxx" & my watch "exxx".. Is that makes different simbol on each strap? My watch use new logo sevenfriday, ur video use the old one.. Is that my watch fake?

Check the NFC chip they never work on the fakes. How much did you pay? This brand is the only brand which sells a miyota movement at over $1k retail

@@markdebur1180 If your NFC works it is real. In the world of watches, the movement is the "engine" is what really has the value on 90% of watches. SevenFriday, unfortunately uses a very cheap movement. That miyota powering the watch is found in $150-$200 watches regularly. They just put in in a square shaped case, have some marketing guy jack up the price to $1000. Basically this watches insides are so cheap, that even when you buy a replica sevenfriday, it will almost always still have a real miyota movement. The ONLY way to tell authenticity if the NFC reader I believe, unless theres now a way to spoof that as well.

@@markdebur1180 I could see it being faked. NFC technology is not that new anymore. I know those nintendo Amiibos are just NFC tokens on the bottom of a plastic toy, and those can be faked
