Humble request to the student looking to join Sri balaji University is that don't join this college. I am a student of balaji persuing mba right now and trust me no one will say this on social media sites because of many reasons but everyone hates this college. First of all the college is very strict. They want everything to be completed according to them and the time limit given is not considered. They always poke you for the money that your parents have invested i mean literally after every class. Attandance is a huge issue here. You need to maintain atleast 90% attendance which is impossible because lot of people have health issues but their medical reports are never considered no matter how big the problem is. They don't allow the students to enter the classe if you are not in the class 5 min before the alloted time and deduct your attendance for half of the day for missing one single class by just a minute. The events or college fest is very different from other colleges. Trust me it's not at all fun and boring. It's like a birthday party of a 5 year old. They will tell you that attendance is compulsory for these events and they will record the attendance so even if you use the washroom during attendance you are marked absent. So attendance is a huge thing here they call you on national holidays as well saying that attendance is compulsory and if you don't meet their attendance criteria they will not allow you to sit for campus placement as well as exams therefore calling our for a backlog or year drop. Now talking about placements, they are famous for 100% placement in their campus but trust me companies that come here are not good with very low package and they force you to sit for all the companies. You won't have an option to go for your dream company and will be forced to work in a startup with a 3-5 lpa or CTC. Well ofcourse there are rare cases where the package goes upto 10 or more but as I said it's very rare. So my humble request for everyone out there is to not join this college. Go for any other college but not this.
