Yes!! I was so upset about the changes! I just found an older version preloaded online and scooped it up, hopefully it’s all good!

I am so frustrated by the lack of feet! I am glad I already got my small and medium last year! I wish brands wouldn’t do this. Also new subbie here 😊

I totally agree. I was hoping to get the small tan version like yours until I realized they made the changes. I did recently find an old version of the small but in the marine blue. I decided to get it even though it wasn’t the color I wanted so that I could see how it worked for me. I’m still thinking of the larger version in tan, but I’ll wait for now. Great review!

I have the small puzzle bag in black with feet, D ring, and the better strap. I thought about getting one in another color, but changed my mind because of the take aways.

Woah! I’m glad you pointed this out! I was actually considering this size in a tricolor because of the additional D ring feature. Isn’t it being a 5-Way bag one of their selling point for this bag?!

Ya me too I so disappointed with pricing increase but take out so many things from the old version especially the feet and the strap which I much concern.

Ladies, before considering the puzzle bag as your "dream bag" , try it on in store first. I personally fell out of love the moment I tried it on. They were boxy and bulky on me. Pretty but not my cup of tea. ❤️

I found the older version brand new in both Neiman Marcus and Bergdorfs. I specifically looked closer based on this review. The price is the new higher price, strange at 2400 at Bergdorfs and 2700 at Neiman s. Neiman owns Bergdorfs so 🤷🏻‍♀️. Glad I shopped around. I bought the one from Bergdorfs in the tan colorblock. Same bigger strap and with the d ring , not sure about the feet but I assumed so.

Oh lol now I remember why I didn’t buy the puzzle small when I was in Spain last year lol I couldn’t get over that they don’t have feet now

I prefer the previous look/style!! Why to fashion houses change the design when they're so popular.... Annoying!! Rethinking a possible purchase unless I find a preloved in the previous look. I LOVE THE FEET!!

Yes, totally agree with the lack of features old vs new on the small size . Old version infinitely much better with the back loop to make it backpack, the feet, and most importantly the strap!!! Raising the price and taking away the superb features from the small size plus increasing the price on top of that was not a clever move from Loewe, considering that customers liked precisely its versatility. I'm petite and unable to buy medium as looks ridiculous on me. Bring back the old version and I'll buy it 😒

Hi! love your content! I would like to ask: if you were to pick one of these 2 colors as an everyday bag, which one would you choose? I am torn between the new dark grey and the tan. The issue I see with the tan is that I am more of a gold jewelry person and it comes with silver HW. Second point is the leather...the leather is smooth, is this leather very delicate? the tan color is so perfect but these 2 points make me doubt about it. thanks for your honest feedback!

Hi! Appreciated this review since I had no idea they made this change! I'm hoping to get your opinion about this bag. I recently purchased the 2019 version in tan on a popular consignment site. I have this bag in the pebbled leather in black as well and compared the (2) and there are some discrepancies. I'm hoping to find ppl who have 2019 smooth leather and get some comparables: - Leather Date Code Tab: When you open the bag, is it on the left or right hand side? The used bag is on the right, my black one is on the left. -Strap Leather Loops: Used bag, loops are stitched with a visible stitch. My black one is one whole piece. -Interior Slip Pockets: When I put my hand in, I feel leftover material at the seam, my black is nice and finished no seams or extra material inside the slip pocket. Any help is much appreciated, I hope I didn't get duped! XOXO

It is so annoying. Love the strap on the old version so I got one on the pre-loved market. But I have some questions about the strap. When you wear it over your shoulder or crossbody, is the side with the little logos facing out or in? When facing out, the two straps are not flushed on mine. The bottom strap bulges in. When fully extending the straps to wear it as a crossbody, are you able to secure both straps through the holes? The holes are not lining up for me. It doesn’t make sense as a design decision so I’m thinking I have a defective bag. Appreciate any help.
