It makes me think about the flow of energy and self organising processes towards harmony often experienced when we work with craniosacral therapy. Fascinating talk!

How does this related to craniosacral therapy at all?

Great Talk. For those so inclined Dan asks "how to create cities of flourishing and thriving".. I'd ad how to create an economics of flourishing and thriving. The one we have aint cutting it...its based on acquisition and greed.

I don't necessarily agree with his definition of compassion (I prefer Sam Harris's version), but I do think it's interesting that interconnectness is a part of compassion.

Of course, a feeling of "freeze" is a major part of depression, where you are freezing, so you remain unseen (to a potential predator). Which in turn leads to cognitive dissonance because your wish to be seen and valued is still there. Also your self-concept of your "freezing" runs through all these cognitive filters for social norm(ality). Holy shit, that would mean that the feeling of depression feels differently according to the culture against which the self-concept is measured.

Great way of "discovering" Ubuntu. It's cute when white people just explain as novelty what black people is saying for thousands of decades across time... Ubuntu, anyway. Namastê.

By Namaste, i presume you mean "When soul just explains to itself as a novelty what soul has been saying for thousands of decades across time"?

If only we could get to integration before we self-disintegrate. At least there’s hope in seeing this pattern of empirically responsible scientists with balls arising…
