great video. but what is the last game, how is it played?

So the last game is using a swiss ball. The players move around the ball until the coach calls a colour cone. You need to run to the colour cone called out by the coach. Hope that helps.

It would be very helpful if when making these videos you lowered the music a little bit to hear the commands or whistle better, so you know what is being said to direct the drill or activity.

he is just telling the players to touch certain body parts before calling for the cone to be touched.

Hey Ian, so the coach is telling them a direction to jump and they have to do it as he says it. Then he is calling out a coloured cone which the players have to run to.

So a player spins the bottle. Who ever it lands is either on and has to catch someone. Or everyone has to catch that person. 2 different ways I have seen the drill done. Good fun
