The 'dragon' was not real billboard, it is cg generated clip, cheating. The fins went out of screen and blended with building.

Wrong. BTW, *CG* means "computer generated, so to say "cg generated" is redundant. They are all computer generated -- unless you thought the cat in Tokyo was real. All are displays on LED screens, just like your TV. The 3D effect is called "forced perspective." You are tricked into thinking it has left the screen. In other words, the dragon is not real. It is an animation on screens. There is a tutorial here at YT on how it is done.

Yes! Everyone thinks that they are all in China and were invented in China. As far as I can discover, this "forced perspective" technique was invented in Spain, and the first 3D billboard was for BMW. But those in the Orient are superior.
