Superset 1 | 3 sets total
15 horizontal cable tricep extensions
15 lateral cable tricep extensions
Superset 2 | 3 sets total
15 squatting isolated cable bicep curl (with rope)
15 single-arm cable bicep curl
Superset 3 | 3 sets total
12 standing bicep curl with plate
15 overhead tricep extension with plate
Optional: BURN OUT | 3 sets
10 tricep (military) push-ups

when you bring your phone to the gym because you want to get these awesome exercises in but you keep looking at your phone constantly to see the next exercise and people are looking at you like, "are you really working out or texting?" and then you get paranoid for the rest of your workout look away, look AWAY 😅

I really appreciate that you take the time to video your workouts and actually post the exercises you do and how many reps/sets. It is SUPER helpful. It seems as though a lot of fitness youtubers don't really do that anymore, and so its often difficult for me to get an idea of what I need to be doing in the gym. Especially since i'm kind of a beginner and need to get myself more familiar with the machines. Which takes me into my question...I was wondering if you could do like an Intro 101 crash course on how to use some of the machines that most people would likely use in a gym? And maybe what kind of exercises are best to do on certain machines? Thanks!

That squatting bicep curl is one of my new favorites! Love that you switch up exercises that can get boring overtime and give them a bit of a fun twist! It actually produces more of a burn than just the normal bicep curl!

I've been training my quads and glutes for 11 months now and im so happy with the results! but I've totally neglected my arms and upper body, and I'm lost when it comes to upper body day, I have no idea what exercises to do, but this helps so much!! going to try some of these tomorrow! ❤❤❤ thanks!

I never comment on videos but I am leaving my gym that is similar to cross fit but more HIIT training. The trainers help me learn how to eat and burn fat. I have to say that I just love your videos. I've been watching them for the past hour and you have a new dedicated follower!! Thank you for helping people who are still learning how to properly work out use the equipment right and target the right muscle groups we desire to work on. I had a plan and i completed it. Now i can hardly lift my arms over y head cuz a am just that exhausted :D
