1 - Lat pull down - 4sets ( straight sets) 2 - upper pully - 3 sets (straight sets) 3 - double Dumbell pull - 3sets(straight sets) 4 - barbell shrugs - 3sets (pyramid sets) 5 - Dumbell shrugs - 3sets ( straight sets ) 6 - giant set of - spider curls ,Dumbell curls, Preacher curls - 2sets ( straight sets) 7 - Hammer curls - 2 sets ( pyramid sets)

I also follow push pull series or kaafi confusion tha back ki 4 exercise kru ya 3 q ki time adjust krna rehta tha 1 hr ke andr isliye 3 exercz krna behtr hai ya nahi now i confidently doing 3 exrcs only ..ye nhi sochunga ki yrr 4 mrna chahiye tha glti toh nhi krrha bs 3 mrky ...so overthinking end .....thanks man
