To match the floor finish. He used hidden beam with that slab. The slab was then sunken and flushed with be hidden beam below.

No plugin required. Revit can do it with the help of Autodesk Navisworks.

@@Decodebd thank you bro for your response. I am trying to model a simple building, so that time schedule from Microsoft Project can be linked to it. So, it means the model should show exact information of both architectural and structural parts (concrete, reinforcement, bricks or blocks, door, window, railing, etc.) The tutorials on youtube are either only architectural modeling or only structural. Can you give me some hint?

Is hidden beam compulsory while constructing sunken slab?, Also can you teach the design process or design criteria of sunken slab further, that would be help if possible!

No. Hidden beam is not mandatory to construct sunken slab. Hidden beam is provided to avoid drop beam offset inside the room.

Sir.....we should leave L/4 distance for lapping of column....but here there is lapping in the tension zone

yes you are right. Here it has not been considered. Long time needed to prepare an animation so, small small things are left behind the scene as we have not mentioned exact lapping length or location.
