The removal of forms or de-shuttering for columns, side beams, and shear walls can commence after 24 hours. Slabs (back props) would be 4 days but still depends on your specification. It can be suggested to regularly check your project documents such as the specification and structural drawing where general notes are indicated.

For small construction it is not recommended to carry out excavation by using JCB as it will increase the cost of construction very vigorously.

Beam is laid on soil/gravels which is used for side filling and level the foundation..if heavy water force comes then that soil can leaching out which is under the beam.. then walls or upper construction can collapse

Yes, there are ample chances of beam collapse, to retain the soil proper design of retaining wall is to be done.

Bending moment: defined as the total moment of all the couples arising in a bent beam and trying to resist its deformation caused by an external couple. Grade of concrete is defined as the minimum strength the concrete must possess after 28 days of construction with proper quality control in reinforced Steel grades are used to distinguish different types of steel based on their unique properties, the common grades used are Fe 415, Fe 500 & Fe 550.

ties could be 135 and 90 degrees depending on the specifications of the drawings. The project i am working on has both 90 and 135 degree ties.

prevention of rebars from getting corroded needs to be taken care of. You can follow the steps mentioned below for the same - 1. Rebar should be stacked at least above 150 mm from ground level using wooden sleepers to avoid direct contact with moisture of ground surface. Also during rainy season, stacked rebar should be covered with tarpaulin sheets. 2. In places where rebar is exposed for 1-2 months during construction apply cement:water slurry in 1:3 ratio on rebar surface. This will prevent direct contact of rebar with atmosphere to create rust. This cement layer is not a waste since it goes inside the concrete when construction resumes. 3. In case of expansion in future after 2 months you may pour loose concrete on rebar, which should be demolished off when construction resumes in future. Chip off the construction joint and resume construction with fresh concrete.

the stirrups of the columns should be 135 degrees (not 90 degrees). This is the standard hook or called seismic hook. Why does this small yet important detail being disregarded nowadays?
