Hi, so if I have to go from terminal 2 to terminal 4, the bus is the only option? I have to transit in Singapore, so taking bus outside means I will have to go through security & baggage procedure?

Yeah cuz Transit zone is between T1-T2-T3 T4 is separate Terminal

I have connecting flight from Terminal 4 Jet star Asia but my flight lands at Terminal 2. Do I need an Evisa or clear immigration for getting to T4 from T2? My layover is almost 9 hours
