20% शरुवात मे फिर दीवार 10%, फिर छत डलने पर 20% फिर 20% प्लास्टर होने पर फिर 20% पूरी finishing पर 10% हैंडओवर पर. ऐसे ही बिल्डर को मैंने पैसे दिए थे

अच्छा सिर्फ चारो साइड से ग्राउंड बीम दे के कुर्सी बांध के बिच मे खाली छोड़ के मिट्टी भरने के बाद 4 फ़ीट पर फिर से 9×9 इंच का बीम बांध के ऊपर दीवाल खड़ा कर सकते बिच मे ग्राउंड बीम नहीं देंगे सिर्फ ऊपर मे देंगे ।

Sure because they are just to give support in the case of any senior citizen or any person who is unable to walk properly on its own body and the grills/railings are just for support not for wrestling/game playing purposes.

Ye glti mt krna bhai labour theka dena and material khud provide krna and khud khade hoke sara kaam dekhna nhi to ghr to bn jayega but quality and strength is very poor and slope bhi sahi nhi banayega agar full theka de doge. Me khud civil engineer hu to theke p gadbad kaise karenge me bahut achhe se janta hu.

Bhai for 30 feet by 30 feet house I want to use 9 columns , 4 in edges, 4 at side and one pillar at dead centre all connected via beam. What should be the size of the column and beam and what should be the depth of footing.
