I had something similar installed inside the rear springs because I was towing a trailer on my jkr. I removed them and replaced with springs and a 1/2" spacer. The ride was much more pleasant. The ride with the airbags, was hard when inflated and I felt inhibited articulation and full flex on the trail. It does absolutely level the rear to any desired height, that part works great.

I haven't inflated them to max yet. Only to adjust my height when weighed down.

I had a truck for years...someday I'd like to put airbags on it for when I tow mostly. Finally I'll buy the $150 kit, coil springs. Put them on...OMG why did I not just do it sooner. Just a light 8-10psi made it feel so much more stable during normal driving. Now I have a 3/4 Ton with leafs and need the $500 kit. Uggh, but also want to remove a leaf and be able to use the bags more. I also have a full onboard air system now that can run air tools and all.

Mate I run the airbagman bags in the rear of my 4x4, without the in cabin controls. The Kevlar sleeves are useful to protect the bags from rocks flicking up when off-road and also increase the ability to inflate the bags (40psi without the sleeves and 60psi with the sleeves - from memory). Great bit of kit, especially when loaded up and/or towing. Make sure you leave 5psi in the bags when unladen going about your daily driving. 👍🏽

That's a sweet company! I've talked to them about the sleeves and they're super nice! I'd love to have the airbag man's air tank if you won't be using it!
