He would never run my machine. I’m a skilled grader operator and this is so painful to watch. He has no idea what he is doing

First of all, AWD Graders should be madatory on all snow removal plus this Operator does not know how to blade for this type of conditions !

The residents in the streets where you live could have brought you a coffee if you were already on your street as a thank you for your help. That would be a given in our country. Of course, bringing you a coffee would be great😄👍💅

Oh my God this is painful to watch. That piece of equipment cost 300000 to 400000 dollars and a 10 cent operator 😂

Grader pilot really is not very good, is he? Awful, actually. Nice machine though.

I don't think that he is not good .. It was just that the bottom of the street he is cleaning this time is frozen and it is hard for the grader to push the snow. I even said that I think... his job is the worst because of that, and so I do respect and appreciate him (including the rest of the snow removal team of course).
