Your kids team gets demolished and you think wow my kids team sucks. Then you go on KZfaq and realize some people prepare way more and way more effectively.

It’s the same thing with anything in life more time spent into something the better you get at it. Also I coach soccer one thing I see a lot of is parents forcing their kids to play when they don’t have any interest in playing so if that’s the case I would do something else. If that’s not the case then yeah just more time and reps and your kid will get better over time.

You also need to remember this is their job. A lot of teams are run by parents who don't have hours to think of new drills and putting them in place
