I know this is a really old video, but I just discovered Fabiana's fairy tale books, and I'm in the process of accumulating all of them. I currently have the English version of Peter Pan, which I'm working on now, and I have the Italian version of Snow White and Pinocchio on the way from the Netherlands via Australia which is weird because I'm in New York but whatever LOL. I had no idea they even existed and I am so excited to see a fully colored copy of Peter Pan. I'm working on the tank page right now opposite Wendy sewing on Peter's Shadow and I'm having so much fun with this image I love what you did with it I'm going for a blue bokeh background with yellow circles.

I love her art, but Fabiana's books were difficult to get even in the beginning. I've given up collecting them all because shipping costs are a bit too much (like your multi-country delivery.) Doing a bokeh background is great, and having fun even better! Cheers. 😄

@@SuzyNuyos yeah, I do think collecting them all might be impossible. I'm having a hard time finding more than a few right now. I'll keep my eyes open, eventually I might get all of them. And that should say Tink, not tank. There are no tanks in Peter Pan. LOL

Thank you. Not everyday. ;P I tend to binge color like mad when stressed and go through several pages at one sitting and not starting a new book unless I've completed one also helps. Weird coloring habit, maybe, but it works for me. :)

Thank you. Sorry for late reply. I mainly use budget friendly Korean and Chinese brand pencils, watercolors and acrylic paint, gel pens, and the occasional washitape and paper scraps. 😄

I love all your completed book videos! Can I ask do you just work on one at a time until completed or do you work in multiple books at the same time?

Thank you! I work in multiple books and tend to focus on 3 books at a time: super detailed / detailed / cute and simple. Different styles to make it more interesting. :)

Thank you. Colored pencils (mostly budget friendly Korean and Chinese brands), watercolor and acrylic paint (water used very lightly), and gel pens. Metallic details with gel pens and as for larger areas, I use pencils and color them with contrast in gradual shading, usually with 3 colors: deep brown/lighter brown or orange/yellow for gold, dark gray/mid gray/light gray for silver, deep brown/mid brown/tan for bronze. I add white highlights with gel pen for rings and such. Hope that helps. Cheers.
