My Dad once had a Purple 25th anniversary Z28. Super clean. Love that body style. Of course he sold it right before I turned 16 due to receiving a reckless driving ticket for peeling out of the McDonald's drive through right in front of a popo because the ice cream machine "was down" and he just got off overtime shift and just wanted some friggin soft serve. 😂

You can still find them in good shape for a reasonable price, but not for long. They're going up in value thanks to the GenXers and millenials who wanted one when they were kids now going out and snapping them up. If you want one, act soon. They're getting rarer as time marches on, and I'd say within the next 5-10 years the average joe will be priced out of the market.

if you end up swaping the front crossmember. its way easier to drop the entire powertrain w/ the front crossmember. unless you really need to keep it a roller.

For a rock crawler you actually want a slightly forward bias. The reason for this is you are mainly going up hill so a forward weight bias will help keep the front end down.
