One plan brings together all the voices we heard in two years of asking Denverites all across our city, “What’s your vision for Denver?” Comprehensive Plan 2040 is the 20-year vision for Denver and its people, and reflects the voice of thousands who have shared their hopes, concerns and dreams for the future. City leaders will use its recommendations to guide the decisions that shape our city over the next 20 years.
