The best option is to shift it to VSD, this will save your energy consumption and the air pressure will also remain constant, it will not have much variation, so use VFDs. But if your compressor is a simple one, then if it is larger than seven kilowatts, that means 10 kilowatts then you will use star delta on it but if it is smaller then you can run this motor in delta.
