@@plazahomecare8681I have some so tight you can’t even do the first part. Even bought that thing on Amazon. Apparently, I’m supposed to wear it. But we couldn’t get on. So I just bought copper fit.

Thank you for this short video I just wish I had seen it sooner I think sprained my left pinky finger putting on my compression socks earlier this week (I feel so stupid ) this morning I was able to put on my socks using this method While barely using my left hand at all thank you very very much for this

Thats a very lloose one. Proper compression hose is VERY DIFFICULT TO APPLY.

These are 15-20mmHg compression. However, this method works the same for my 20-30mmHg when I wear them. Give it a try!

will try this although i wear compression tights with compression socks on top and the socks slip on so easily on top of the tights, i imagine normal tight s will do the job

What do you do if the person cannot bend over to reach their foot and not much finger dexterity & strength. My clients have Cerebral Palsy and is in a wheel chair. Any assistive devices or tricks for them?

That is a good question. We can't think of any tricks or advice to help that specific situation. However, what you would want to search for are "donning devices" to assist in getting the compression on. I'm sure there is something on the market that we just don't have access to as a medical supplier that could help.

Sigvaris makes a microfiber men's compression that's good. It's important to get the proper measurements needed so that you can benefit from the compression therapy. They do work when worn properly!
